• Utilize Salesforce to monitor renewal notifications, manage billing logistics, and ensure timely communication regarding pricing or purchase order requirements.

• Act as a trusted resource to customers by offering product education, usage insights, and timely updates on order status and delivery expectations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate billing, invoice requirements, and fulfillment processes.

• Support sales initiatives by qualifying opportunities and routing them to appropriate team members, while also handling administrative tasks related to order processing.

Requirements of the Account Manager:

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in sales or customer account management, especially within technology, retail, or related industries.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and strong proficiency in verbal and written communication.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team, with strong organizational and presentation skills.

• Able to handle high call volumes and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently and professionally.
