Position Summary / Responsibilities • Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment interventions • Support patients in improving daily living and functional skills • Document therapy services and patient progress accurately
Requirements • Current Occupational Therapist license • Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred • Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
