This is a unique opportunity for an experienced retail management couple to oversee a full-scale supermarket operation, lead a large team including Duty Managers, and make a genuine difference in local communities, all while enjoying a balanced lifestyle and an exceptional package.

The Opportunity:

As the leadership couple of a flagship regional supermarket, you’ll oversee the end-to-end performance of a major retail site, driving operational excellence, team engagement, and community impact.

Your focus will include:

• Managing all aspects of a high-volume grocery operation
• Coaching and developing Duty Managers and local employees
• Maintaining strong stock control, merchandising, and compliance standards
• Driving profitability and financial accountability
• Building positive relationships across culturally diverse communities

About You:

You’re a seasoned retail management couple with deep experience in FMCG, supermarket, or high-volume environments. You thrive in large-format stores, love leading through others, and enjoy creating a positive, training-focused culture.

You’ll bring:

• Strong financial acumen and KPI management experience
• A hands-on, people-focused leadership style
• Resilience and adaptability to life in remote regions
