Schedule:
• 12-hour day or night shifts
• Day Shift = high security
• Night Shift = psych + high security
• 4 on / 4 off rotation
• Mix of 36 and 48-hour weeks

Contract:
• 6-month contract (extension potential)
• Long-term / ongoing opportunity
• Auto-offer (no interview)

Pay:
Local:
• $38/hr
Travel (50+ miles):
• $18/hr taxable
• $890/week stipends (non-taxed)
Weekly Gross:
• $1,538 (36 hrs)
• $1,826 (48 hrs)

Position Overview:
Aequor Healthcare is seeking an LVN to work at the Clements Unit with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. This is a correctional setting where you’ll provide medical care to incarcerated individuals in a structured, secure environment.

Responsibilities:
• Medication administration (pill call)
• Conduct sick call and basic assessments
• Monitor chronic conditions
• Respond to medical needs and emergencies
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with medical and security staff

Requirements:
• Active LVN license
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Must have clinic/urgent care, acute, or state hospital experience
• Comfortable working in a correctional environment
• Must be able to pass background screening
