About the role
The Accounts Receivable Officer will play a vital role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate account reconciliations. Key responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounts receivable transactions, including allocations and receipting
  • Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Assist with student refunds and customer service inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery
  • Support month-end closing activities and reporting
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role
  • Strong capability in managing high-volume transactions and reconciliations
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
