About Expect A Star

- Drive high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF and lead continuous improvement and Assessment & Rating readiness.
- Act as Nominated Supervisor, ensuring compliance with National Law, Regulations, child protection, and WHS requirements.
- Oversee daily centre operations including staffing, ratios, rosters, and smooth administrative processes.
- Monitor enrolments and occupancy while supporting financial sustainability and centre performance.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, policies, and operational procedures.
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community to create a welcoming, inclusive centre environment.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
- Previous experience within a similar leadership position
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks, rating and assessment process
- Effective communication and management skills in order to collaborate with the team, families and the community
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain)
