About the Role Support young people with complex behaviours linked to trauma and disrupted attachment. Duties include daily living support, transport, routines, emotional regulation, and trauma-informed care using TCI principles.

Requirements
  • Cert IV in Disability / Community Services (or studying Youth Work)
  • Disability or transferable care experience
  • Blue Card + Yellow Card
  • Driver’s Licence (P2+)
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Availability for shift work
