Software Release Coordinator

This is a coordination role sitting within a large, well-established IT team, focused on keeping software development activity moving smoothly from planning through to release. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage priorities, track delivery progress, and ensure releases land on time. No strong coding background is required but UAT testing experience is needed, as well as your organisational ability, communication skills, and your genuine interest in how technology supports business operations.
  
What you'll bring
  
- UAT and functional testing experience
- Solid experience in a coordination, planning, or operational role where managing competing priorities was part of your day-to-day
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams
- A proactive approach to identifying potential blockers or delays and flagging them early
- Comfort working with external suppliers or development partners to align on timelines and deliverables
- Familiarity with business operations and an ability to understand how system changes affect end users
