PLC Controls Engineer II
Schedule: Typically 8 AM–5 PM (flexible), 40–60 hours/week

Location: Mason, OH (when not traveling)
Role Summary
As a PLC Controls Engineer II, you will support the commissioning and testing of automated material handling systems, including high-speed sortation, scanning, and merging applications. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, travel-intensive role.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in PLC programming, HMI development, and system commissioning
Support project scope, schedule, and deliverables
Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams
Help develop technical documentation (QA/QC, test plans)
Participate in BUAT/UAT/FAT testing and post-installation support
Contribute to customer training and troubleshooting
Perferred - US Citizen or Perm Resident not required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Up to 4 years of experience in controls engineering or material handling
Exposure to Allen-Bradley PLCs and Wonderware Aveva Edge (or similar HMI platforms)
Experience or interest in post and parcel operations (preferred)
