【大手自動車メーカー】データシステムアナリスト - プロジェクト管理サポート

A global automotive manufacturer is looking for a strong and talented Data System Analyst with strong experience in Project Management/Support.
You will be part of the Logistics Automation and Digitalization Team with in the IT Department.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate implementation of automation and digitalization initiatives in product supply chain
- Communicate the status of ongoing projects to key stake holders of the team (including directors, senior managers, logistics operations colleagues)
- Work with Data Teams and Development Team on ongoing projects 
- Liaise communication between engineers, management, shop floor operators / supervisors, technical suppliers, both in English and Japanese
- Conduct research on emerging technologies in supply chain domain
- Manage cross-project activities, coordination between different project teams (in Japan, Germany, India).
- Track timeline, milestones, budgets and activities
- Prepare monthly reports for Senior Managers and important Project’s External Stakeholders
- Manage internal and external program communication 
- Set-up and manage reporting within IT Organization
- Create and manage communication & meeting plan

Required Skills:
- 2 ~ 3 years of experience in system development or business system analyst role
- 2 ~ 3 years of experience in Project management Support activities, preferable in large-scale IT Projects
- Good data/system analytics skills using various (any) coding language
- Understanding of Databases 
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent computer skills: Windows 10, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project
- Good prioritization skills, to balance key priorities.
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with program co-ordination/administration.
