💼 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Recruiting .Software Development contractors for roles across a broad and active client base.

  • Managing and growing relationships with existing accounts while building out your own network.

  • Leveraging a well-maintained CRM and working alongside experienced consultants.

  • Running the full 360 contract recruitment process – sourcing, pitching, closing, and managing placements.

  • Keeping up with tech trends and building your brand in the .NET and broader Microsoft tech ecosystem.

👤 What We’re Looking For

  • 18+ months’ experience in recruitment or B2B sales.

  • A desire to move into contract IT recruitment (experience in tech recruitment is a bonus, but not essential).

  • Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and close deals.

  • Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
