A growing, owner-operated machine shop is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. We specialize in custom parts manufacturing and are looking for a dependable, hands-on machinist who can contribute to setup, operation, and machining processes in a small-shop environment.

Schedule Flexibility:
We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates:
- Mornings only
- 3–4 day work weeks
- Standard 40-hour schedule
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
- Pay range estimated at $22–$30/hour, depending on experience
- Open to discussing compensation based on skill level and capabilities
- Setup and operate CNC Mills and Lathes
- Perform machine edits and adjustments as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Conduct tool inspections and maintain tooling organization
- Ensure quality and accuracy of machined parts
- Work with custom, small-part production
- Lift materials and parts up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with Mazak and Haas CNC Mills
- Ability to perform setups, edits, and machine operation independently
- CNC programming experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with:
- Mazak controls
- G-Code
- M-Code
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
