Assembly

1st Shift - 7:00 am. - 3:30 pm.
2nd Shift - 2:30 pm. - 11:00 pm.
3rd shift - 10:30 pm. - 7:00 am.

Position Summary:
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling pen components with accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. This role plays a key part in ensuring our products meet strict quality standards while supporting overall production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble various pen components (barrels, ink cartridges, springs, caps, clips, etc.) according to production instructions.

• Operate basic assembly machinery or tools as required.

• Conduct visual inspections to ensure parts meet quality and specification standards.

• Identify defective components and report issues to supervisors.

• Package finished products according to company guidelines.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

• Follow safety procedures and comply with all company policies.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
