A leading financial services organisation is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator with strong regulatory reporting experience who can operate confidently across both coordination and delivery-focused project management responsibilities.
This role will support a busy regulatory reporting and governance function during a critical reporting period, including delivery support across annual reporting obligations and the upcoming Annual Member Meeting.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and capable of stepping up into Project Management responsibilities where required, while maintaining strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate delivery activities across regulatory reporting and governance initiatives.
Support end-to-end delivery of annual reporting obligations and associated business deadlines.
Assist with planning and coordination of the Annual Member Meeting, including logistics, stakeholder management, scheduling, and operational execution.
Track project timelines, actions, risks, dependencies, and reporting deliverables.
Prepare governance updates, status reporting, meeting packs, and stakeholder communications.
Engage with senior stakeholders across Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Executive teams.
Support project governance and ensure key milestones and regulatory deadlines are achieved.
Step into Project Management responsibilities where required to support delivery outcomes.
About You
Experience working within superannuation, insurance, wealth management, or broader financial services environments.
Exposure to regulatory reporting, governance, or annual reporting processes.
Strong Project Coordination experience, with the capability and confidence to operate at Project Manager level when required.
Highly proactive with strong organisational and deadline management skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments with multiple competing priorities.
Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and supporting Board-level reporting activities.
Hands-on approach with willingness to support both strategic coordination and operational delivery tasks.
