The Antigen Manufacturing Technician supports upstream and downstream antigen processing operations used in vaccine production. This hands-on role focuses on equipment preparation, sterilization, aseptic processing, and general manufacturing support.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, set up, and steam sterilize large-scale equipment and filters
- Prepare and sterilize media components and processing materials
- Support fermentation and downstream processing activities
- Follow aseptic procedures to maintain sterile processing conditions
- Unbox and prepare single-use materials
- Move materials using pallet jacks
- Assist with equipment setup and daily production activities
Qualifications:
- Aseptic processing, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industry experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical production work
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- BS in Biology or related Science preferred
