Senior Back-end Enineer (Search Platform)

A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Senior Back-end Engineers to work on core search system development

Responsibilities:
- Support fast iterations and enable the product growth
- Build a fast and robust product by keeping optimizing system performance and improving service stability
- Construct a high freshness index and provide a reliable offline data support for Engine
- Guarantee reasonable architecture governance to ensure that the overall system operates smoothly

Required Skills:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant majors with minimum 5 years of experience in either backend service development or data engineering domain
- Strong programming skills and solid knowledge in data structure and algorithm
- Good understanding of operating system and networking concepts
- Hands-on experience with at least one data processing framework (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Flink, etc)  
- Knowledge in database (be it relational or KV-like)
- A strong problem-solving mindset and good communication skills
- Self-motivated and a team player

Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30
Working style: Hybrid (basically 4 days a week in the office and 1 day a week at home)
