Hi-lo Driver

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Hi-lo driver to join the team at our long-term client in Orion Township. We are seeking a long-term, dedicated associate to assist in the warehouse.

Schedule:
The schedule for the position will be 6 am to 2 pm, Monday-Friday. If OT is required, it will mean staying after 2 PM.
Payrate:
Payrate will be $18-$20 an hour, depending on experience. Will need to show proof of being HiLo certified.

Essential duties include:

· Prepares parts to be delivered to Oxus based on need and stock level.

· Completes deliveries to and from both Oxus facilities.

· Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.

· Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and organized.

· Promotes a clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

· Escalates issues to the manager and recommends potential solutions.

· Performs Preventive Maintenance on all equipment at the warehouse.

· Performs inventory cycle counting daily.

Skills and Attributes:

· Ability to lead by example, gain respect from the team, and communicate clearly across all departments.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; organization and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage a wide variety of activities at the same time.

Qualified applicants:

· High school diploma, 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Must be trained and possess a Fork Truck license

· Must hold and maintain a good vehicle driving record.

· Computer Skills: Word processing, spreadsheets, email, inventory, and manufacturing software a plus

· Must be an employee in good standing (reliable attendance, no performance issues, etc.), positive attitude, and ready to take on a new challenge!
