- Extensive experience in large commercial projects is essential.
- Previous experience in a Project Architect role is a must.
- Proficiency in planning, managing, and monitoring design team deliverables.
- Ability to provide advisory services and produce sketch details.
- Experience in detailing and packaging from latter design stages (Stage 3 onwards).
- Strong understanding and application of UK building regulations.
- Proven ability to manage project risks effectively.
- Efficient in Revit with the capability to manage and analyze Revit information.
- Competent in technical detailing across all packages of information.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in the field.
Candidates must be able to provide evidence of delivering UK projects, showcasing sketch details, packaging experience, and involvement in latter design stages (Stage 3 onwards).
