You’ll be leading a small, close-knit team in a beautifully presented store, where your impact will be seen, valued, and recognised.

The Role:
This is a hands-on Store Manager position where you’ll own the full store operation, from people leadership through to sales performance and customer experience. You’ll be:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team
• Driving sales, KPIs, and commercial outcomes
• Creating a premium, consultative in-store experience
• Building strong, long-term relationships with a loyal customer base
• Overseeing visual merchandising, stock, and day-to-day operations
• Taking a solutions-focused approach with customers and the team

• Proven Store Management experience in a specialty or premium retail environment
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive results
• A hands-on, lead-from-the-front leadership style
• Confident, articulate communicator with natural sales ability
• Someone who thrives in a relationship-led, consultative environment
• High attention to detail and pride in store presentation
