Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – North Dublin (D11, D7, D9 & D1)
Full-Time & Part-Time | Community Care | No Visa Sponsorship

We’re looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to support clients in their own homes across North Dublin, on behalf of our partner Bluebird Home Care, including Drumcondra, Phibsborough, Glasnevin, Finglas, Ballymun, Cabra and Santry (D11, D9, D7 & D1).

This role focuses on helping people maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Your Role:

  • Provide personal care & mealtime support
  • Light household duties
  • Mobility assistance & safe transfers
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Follow individual care plans and record accurate notes

As part of this role, you’ll deliver care in the community, travelling between clients locally.

Requirements:

  • Good spoken & written English
  • Currently living in North Dublin (D11, D9 & D1 – including Drumcondra, Phibsborough, Glasnevin, Finglas, Ballymun, and Santry)
  • Previous work experience in Ireland (essential)
  • Evening & weekend availability (preferred)
  • QQI Level 5 modules (Care Skills & Care of the Older Person)
  • Weekend-only applicants must have previous healthcare experience
