  • Full time M-F, 8:30am to 5pm 
  • 100% outpatient
  • Patient census is 25% child (ages 5 and up), 10% adol. and 65% adult.
  • Total # patients: can vary based on patient mix, but we allow 15-20 min for med-checks, 30-60 min. for first visit with med mgmt and 60 min for evals
  • Treatment Anxiety and depression
  • EMR, paper char: Net Smart
  • Credentialing 1 week
  • Credentialing timeframe: ASAP
  • Travel/Lodging: local candidate preferred, but will consider IF an all-inclusive rate is provided. Such candidates should be well-qualified (BC, sees all ages, for example)

 

Process:

Once our CBO approves the CV and I pre-credential with the information provided below (takes 30 minutes), we will forward an entire application (takes 45 minutes to complete and return with copies). Once received back, we can grant Temporary Appointment within a few days and start ASAP.
