About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:30am to 5pm
- Setting: In-person
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day payroll operations for a large workforce
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including earnings, deductions, and taxes
- Support payroll system maintenance and upgrades, including Workday implementation
- Review and validate payroll reports for accuracy and compliance
- Resolve payroll discrepancies, support employee inquiries, and assist with year-end processing, audits, and reporting
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Payroll experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience with Payroll Systems
- Strong Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and reconciliations
- Knowledge of Payroll regulations, Tax compliance, and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume payroll processing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
