Contracts Manager

A leading supplier in the window, door, and construction solutions sector is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple sites to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and internal departments.
  • Oversee project budgets, labour costs, variations, and financial performance.
  • Lead project meetings, handovers, and programme planning.
  • Ensure full Health & Safety compliance and site documentation.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and resolve site or contractual issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Strong site or contracts management experience in construction/installations.
  • Knowledge of commercial windows and doors sector preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple live projects.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Full Driving Licence.
  • Safe Pass & Manual Handling.
