Sales & Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers with general inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, estimates, and service calls.
• Maintain organized records, files, and customer information
• Assist with invoicing, data entry, and order processing.
• Support the sales team with lead tracking and customer communication.
• Help maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Assist in managing social media accounts (posting, responding to messages, etc.)
• Create and schedule content to promote services and projects.
• Take photos/videos of completed work for marketing use.
• Help brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Update website content or listings as needed.

• Previous administrative, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
