They are currently seeking a Technical Writer to join them on a contract basis for six months with hybrid working arrangements from the Sydney CBD office. 
  
  
The Job...
Supporting a high quality General Insurance team as a Technical Writer, you will be mainly responsible for the following duties:
  • Draft, edit and maintain claims management manuals, ensuring alignment with the business model.
  • Review and update existing content to keep it accurate and consistent.
  • Work with SMEs and stakeholders to produce clear, user-friendly technical documentation.
  • Develop and run a regular review process to keep manuals current with process changes.
  • Partner with Business Analysts to document processes, procedures and system updates.
  • Translate technical information into concise, easy-to-understand content.
  • Create and support digital and multimedia resources as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
  • 5+ years’ technical writing experience in complex environments.
  • Financial services or insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and document design.
  • Experience in Business Process Management and process documentation.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, plain language.
