• Manage a low-volume panel of just 3–4 patients per day, allowing for highly personalized care
• Practice primarily through an in-home care model, with additional virtual care options available
• Collaborate with an established team of three providers supported by experienced clinical staff
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with a 4-day workweek option to fit your lifestyle
• Take advantage of a provided rental or fleet vehicle for convenient commuting
Compensation & Benefits:
• Strong salary range of up to the 70th percentile of MGMA - Anywhere between $125-$150K plus annual bonus
• Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more
