Quality Compliance Officier

We’re partnering with a growing pharmaceutical group in West Dublin to appoint a Deputy Responsible Person (RP) who will be named on the licence from the outset.

This is a senior, hands-on GDP role in a fast-paced wholesale and brokering environment, supporting multiple licences and a broad regulatory footprint. You’ll work directly with the RP, taking ownership of quality decisions in an inspection-driven setting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead GDP compliance across wholesale & brokering activities
• Own deviations, CAPAs, change control & investigations
• Manage and coordinate customer complaints and root cause analysis
• Maintain QMS governance & inspection readiness
• Oversee supplier & customer qualification (100+ accounts)
• Support and lead during HPRA inspections
• Engage with a network of 600+ pharmacies on compliance and audits

Requirements:

• Eligible / operating as a Deputy RP (essential)
• 3–5+ years’ experience in GDP-regulated pharma environments
• Strong hands-on experience across QMS processes
• Background in wholesale / distribution (highly preferred)
• Analytical, detail-driven mindset with ability to make and defend decisions
