Position Summary:

The position involves spearheading business development in the EMS sector by identifying and evaluating new opportunities, analyzing customers' business strategies, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a solid academic foundation. With a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development within the Medical and Defense industries, the candidate should display expertise in high-tech applications, communications, industrial, medical, military, and alternate energy market segments. A highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude and outlook, the ideal candidate will exhibit strong work ethics, coupled with a high level of integrity. This role requires a dynamic professional who can leverage their experience to drive strategic growth and cultivate opportunities in diverse and complex market segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft RFQ analysis, present proposals, create pricing strategies, and collaborate with internal teams for quotes and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, execute growth strategies, and actively participate in meetings with customers and internal teams.
  • Establish goals and budgets to enhance market share and profitability, achieve revenue growth through product development, and monitor market trends, budgets, and emerging opportunities.
  • The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a proven history of driving business success in the EMS market.
