Due to strong business growth and increasing demand from our clients, we are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Senior or Principal Consultant to join our Executive Recruitment team.

This role combines Business Development and Technical Recruitment, sourcing and placing white and blue-collar professionals across construction, trades, manufacturing, government, scientific or other sectors you specialise in—we’re flexible. We are currently across all industries with a diverse group of companies in our Group.

This is a senior position, giving you the autonomy to run your own business within our business. You’ll manage the full process from business development through to permanent placement, leveraging our large national client base and strong referral network while actively building new relationships to grow your desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place technical and professional candidates across your chosen sectors
• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and drive growth with speed to market and quality recruitment – we are seeking high value outcomes in this space
• Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process with integrity and professionalism – demonstrate the value in your structured professional submissions and most importantly finding those hard to find candidates.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven recruitment experience (perm) ideally within construction, trades, industrial, or other sectors but we are flexible to all industry backgrounds
• Proven track record in building a client portfolio and sourcing candidates through headhunting in a competitive market – show us how you get candidates and clients to follow you through your positive relationships you consistently build!
• Strong business development and relationship management skills – we want long term clients, not transactional supply
• A proactive, results-driven attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to multi-task and deliver strong outcomes quickly
