The Role
An excellent opportunity exists for a polished and motivated Sales & Marketing Administrator to join a professional real estate office. This role is ideal for someone looking to take their first step into the industry, with full training and support provided. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience for clients while providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and manage incoming calls, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including assistance with documentation and client records
  • Assist with coordinating marketing materials and maintaining brand standards across the office
  • Ensure the front office and reception area are well presented, organised, and running efficiently
  • Liaise professionally with internal team members and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience
  • A genuine interest in real estate and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry
  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Any real estate experience or exposure to systems such as Agentbox, REA Forms, or InDesign will be highly regarded but is not essential
