What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Professionally qualified and ARB registered; RIBA membership is preferred.
- Experience: At least 1+ year of experience in a professional architectural practice is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit and a strong general aptitude for technology.
- Design Understanding: A good understanding of design processes to balance aesthetics with functionality.
- Technical Judgment: Demonstrated experience and ability to ensure compliance with design standards.
- Analytical Skills: Competence in mathematical calculations for technical and financial purposes, with a basic understanding of physics and engineering principles.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with legal aspects related to contracts, regulations, and codes.
- Commercial Awareness: An understanding of the industry, including competition, client relationships, sectors, construction methods, tools, and materials.
