Landscape Estimator

Design & Build are partnered with a fast-growing contractor in the commercial landscaping space. Known for delivering high-quality work and maintaining a professional, down-to-earth culture, the business has built an outstanding reputation across the industry.

Their portfolio includes major government projects valued between $1M and $15M, projects like public-open spaces and golf courses. Operating seamlessly as both a principal contractor and subcontractor, they continue to win and deliver some of Sydney’s most visible and complex landscape projects.

The role:

• Prepare tenders and cost estimates
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Develop and maintain project programs and schedules
• Procure materials and coordinate resources
• Lead and coordinate construction teams
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Report to the Construction Manager
• Work closely with the Director
• Manage budgets and financial forecasts
• Assist with recruitment and team growth

Candidate profile:

• 3 years’ experience as an Estimator (and/or Project Manager with exposure to estimating)
• Proven experience within an Australian landscaping company
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture 
• Diploma of Project Management (advantageous)
• Current driver’s licence
