Change Analyst

• Sydney CBD (Haymarket) + travel across sites | Hybrid
• $850 – $949 per day + super (PAYG)
• 6-month contract with strong extension potential (approved through to Feb 2027)

We’re partnering with a major NSW Government organisation to engage two experienced Change Analysts to support a large-scale transformation program. These roles will focus on delivering end-to-end change activities across operational environments, with exposure to frontline stakeholders across depots and stations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can work closely with delivery teams, engage stakeholders effectively, and drive change outcomes in a complex environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver change activities across the program including assessment, analysis, development and implementation
• Support development of key change deliverables including business case inputs and delivery artefacts
• Conduct change impact assessments using recognised methodologies (e.g. PROSCI / ADKAR)
• Develop and execute change plans, communications and reporting aligned to program objectives
• Undertake current vs future state analysis and support transition planning
• Manage stakeholder engagement, expectations, risks and issues across the program
• Build strong relationships across business and project teams to support change readiness and adoption

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as a Change Analyst within large-scale programs or projects
• Strong capability in change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement and change delivery
• Experience working with structured change methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR)
• Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to travel across Sydney to operational sites (e.g. depots, stations)
