CRM Campaign Executive - Fashion Retail

We’re looking for a temp CRM & Loyalty Executive to provide hands-on support during a busy peak sales period for a leading fashion group. This temporary role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing day-to-day (BAU) campaign tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Assist with day-to-day execution of CRM, email, and SMS campaigns
• Build and deploy EDM campaigns using marketing automation platforms
• Support CRM data segmentation, customer lists, scheduling, testing, and reporting
• Ensure campaigns are accurate, on time, and aligned with brand goals
• Assist with light content updates and campaign coordination
• Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, digital and broader business teams to keep workflows running smoothly

Key requirements include:

• 3+ years’ experience in email marketing, CRM, or campaign coordination
• Hands-on experience with EDM deployment and marketing automation platforms
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience highly regarded
• Comfortable working with CRM data, audience segmentation, and campaign testing
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Organised, proactive, diplomatic, and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Retail, fashion, ecommerce, or consumer brand experience preferred
