In this role, you will:
- Lead full lifecycle M&A initiatives - from opportunity identification through integration

We’re looking for:
- 8–15 years’ experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors (mining is a plus)
- Proven hands-on M&A experience (deal sourcing, due diligence, integration)
- Background in strategy consulting and/or industry-based strategy roles
- Strong commercial acumen with an engineering degree (MBA a plus)
- A collaborative, humble leader who thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced settings
