Requirements of position
 
  1. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal communication required)
  2. 1+ year of production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
  3. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in both languages
  4. Ability to stand for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift)
  5. Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs consistently
  6. Strong attention to detail and quality control
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  8. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and labeling
  9. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record
  10. Ability to work assigned 2nd shift schedule
 
 
Responsibilities of position
 
 
We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Bilingual Production Workers (English/Spanish) to join our 2nd shift team. This position is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by assembling, packaging, inspecting, and preparing products for distribution.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assemble, package, label, and inspect products according to company standards
  • Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance
  • Follow production schedules to meet daily quotas
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as needed
 
Requirements
  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • 1+ year of production or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
