Change Manager / Change Advisor (TechnologyOne)

The Opportunity

We’re working with a well-established organisation undergoing a series of system and business transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on TechnologyOne across key functional areas.

This role will play a key part in driving change, adoption and business readiness across multiple streams including Property & Ratings, Compliance and ECM.

You’ll work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful deployment, engagement and long-term adoption of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end change management activities across TechnologyOne initiatives
  • Drive user adoption and business readiness across Property & Ratings, Compliance and ECM modules
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to manage change impacts and communication strategies
  • Develop and deliver training, engagement and communication plans
  • Support system deployments and rollouts, ensuring smooth transition into BAU
  • Identify and drive business improvement opportunities aligned to system capability
  • Work closely with project teams to align change with technical delivery timelines
  • Monitor adoption metrics and continuously improve change approach

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager or Change Advisor within enterprise system environments
  • Strong experience working with TechnologyOne (TechOne)
  • Exposure to one or more of:
    • Property & Ratings
    • Compliance
    • ECM (Enterprise Content Management)
  • Demonstrated experience driving user adoption and engagement
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades
  • Ability to work across both business and technical teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience within local government, utilities or regulated environments
  • Exposure to ERP transformation programs
  • Formal change management methodology (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
