Controller

About the Role

Reporting to senior leadership, the Controller will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, support financial reporting activities, and help drive process improvements across the organization. What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily accounting operations and manage a team of accounting professionals
• Review financial reporting activities across multiple entities and projects
• Support accounting related to acquisitions, sales, and corporate transactions
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across property, commercial, and project accounting functions
• Assist with process improvements and internal reporting initiatives
• Collaborate closely with leadership on operational and financial priorities
• Mentor and support junior team members in a collaborative environment

What You Bring

• CPA designation required
• Experience within property, commercial, project, or corporate accounting environments
• Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting operations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
