About the role
This is a 6–9 month part time contract for a highly organised and proactive coordinator who can step in and hit the ground running.
This role is heavily focused on execution and program coordination, with an immediate priority being the planning and delivery of a large scale graduate conference. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and EAs to ensure all logistics are seamlessly delivered.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating end to end logistics for programs, with a strong focus on a graduate conference
- Managing schedules, calendars, travel, catering, venues, agendas and event run sheets
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and EAs to align on timelines and deliverables
- Preparing high quality presentations, packs and program materials
- Supporting leadership development programs through strong coordination and delivery
- Creating polished resources and communications
- Managing reporting and administrative tasks using Excel
- Partnering with SMEs to bring content together into structured, professional outputs
- Identifying priorities and staying ahead of timelines in a fast paced environment
About you
You are a highly organised, detail oriented coordinator who thrives in a fast paced, execution focused environment. You enjoy being across multiple moving parts and take pride in delivering high quality outputs.
You bring:
- Strong experience supporting the coordination of programs, projects or events, ideally within People & Culture, Learning & Development or similar environments
- Proven ability to manage logistics across multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and building effective working relationships
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to think ahead and stay across detail
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in presentations, packs and documentation
- Strong Microsoft Office capability, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint, with a keen eye for high quality, polished outputs
- Experience using Canva to create polished materials
- Strong IT literacy, with the ability to pick up new systems and tools quickly
