This role suits a design-led architect who can lead teams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver across all RIBA stages. Experience in workplace projects is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects across all RIBA stages
- Maintain design quality through technical development and construction
- Lead and coordinate key project packages, working with consultants and clients
- Prepare and present design information
- Mentor and support junior team members
Skills & Experience
- ARB registered with 3–5+ years post-Part III experience
- Strong design, technical, and coordination skills
- Proficient in Revit (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp/Rhino advantageous)
- Experience on large-scale, design-led projects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and commercially aware
Desirable
- Workplace project experience
- Knowledge of sustainability and early-stage design
- Interest in business development and networking
