Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in tooling and die manufacturing to lead and coordinate complex customer programs from launch through production. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and cost expectations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage tooling and die-related programs from initiation through completion
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, engineering, tooling, and production teams
- Oversee program timelines, deliverables, and milestone tracking
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful tool builds, tryouts, and launches
- Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across tooling and manufacturing processes
- Ensure customer requirements and quality standards are consistently met
- Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout all program phases
Qualifications:
- Experience in tooling, die manufacturing, or related heavy manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of tool & die processes, including die construction and tryout
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional manufacturing teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with program tracking and reporting tools preferred
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings
