Bayside - Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations on a school site in the Bayside area. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can lead by example, and has strong communication and coordination skills.

About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations, supporting site presentation standards, and coordinating both internal cleaners and subcontractors across the school environment. The role will involve a combination of leadership, reporting, quality control, and hands-on cleaning support where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily cleaning operations
• Allocate tasks and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Coordinate cleaners and subcontractors onsite
• Conduct site inspections and maintain presentation standards
• Support safety and hygiene compliance
• Train and mentor team members
• Manage reporting and site supplies
• Assist with cleaning duties when required

About You To be successful, you will have:

• Previous cleaning or facilities supervision experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and lead teams effectively
• A current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Physical capability to undertake hands-on work
• A current QLD Working With Children Check (mandatory)
• National Police Check, or ability to obtain one
