About the role
Seize the opportunity to lead complex commercial litigation matters at a prestigious Melbourne CBD law firm. As a Senior Associate/Special Counsel with 3–8 years' PAE in Disputes & Insolvency, you will drive strategy, manage high-value disputes, and collaborate directly with a Litigation Director to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Duties

In this role, you will:
  • Manage complex shareholder and business partnership disputes
  • Handle property and lease disputes
  • Advise on trust disputes and related litigation
  • Work on employment disputes and claims
  • Deal with misleading and deceptive conduct cases
  • Navigate a variety of commercial litigation matters with no two days being the same
Skills & experience
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3-8 years PAE in litigious matters with a strong desire to specialise and grow your career as a commercial litigator
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and a strong client service focus
  • Strong drive and motivation, with an engaging and proactive team approach
  • A commitment to building your career long-term within a successful and growing Melbourne law firm
