Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, enhancing product performance, and strengthening the company’s technical reputation across global markets.

Key Responsibilities for the Technical Manager

• Lead the development, testing, and validation of new and existing products
• Support technical simulations, data analysis, and performance validation
• Act as a technical authority both internally and externally
• Drive development of new product lines and enhancements to existing ranges
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify innovation opportunities
• Support patent creation and technical documentation
• Support production teams in resolving technical and process challenges
• Oversee raw material compliance and supplier quality
• Work closely with the Quality Manager to maintain robust systems and standards
• Partner with sales teams to align technical development with market needs
• Provide technical training and support to internal stakeholders
• Manage and develop the technical team, including direct reports

The ideal Technical Manager will have experience working within a manufacturing environment, used to dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You will have strong technical knowledge and will have a passion for innovation and improvement.
