What You’ll Need (Both Roles)
- Full unrestricted working rights
- Ability to pass medical & police clearance
- Comfortable working in cold environments
- Drivers license and vehicle
- High-volume meal prep for airline catering
- Meet production targets & quality standards
- Stock control & food safety compliance
- Supervise catering assistants
- Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery
- Strong knife skills & kitchen experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Flexible roster (AM/PM shifts)
Storeperson
- Pick packing, loading/unloading, and warehouse duties
- Customer interaction
- 24/7 roster (day & afternoon shifts)
- Work in cold storage environments
- Warehouse experience
- Strong safety focus & attention to detail
- Computer skills
- Ability to obtain MR license
