IAM Engineer (GG10)

A global and one of the world’s largest Insurance Service provider is seeking an IAM Engineer (Identity and Access Management), to join the Japan Information Technology Department.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery in project execution and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Strong experience with IAM and Ping technologies
- Design and support SSO and middleware infrastructure
- Ensure solutions align with architecture, application, and operational requirements
- Create technical designs and validate feasibility of solutions
- Prepare technical and operational documentation
- Review technical documents and recommend improvements
- Design and implement SSO configurations based on project needs
- Develop custom reverse proxy and SSO solutions
- Troubleshoot issues related to reverse proxy, SSO, and Azure NGINX platforms
- Build technical standards and ensure stakeholder requirements are captured
- Support and guide team members during implementation activities
- Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and prepare defect reports
- Ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience working in enterprise environments with knowledge of security and audit processes

Required Skills:
- 3~5 years’ experience in: Information Security / Cybersecurity Operations /Security Risk Advisory
- Strong understanding of: IAM & Privileged Access Management / Network & Infrastructure Security / Cybersecurity principles / Cloud security fundamentals
- Experience with (either): CyberArk / SailPoint / Access reviews & IAM lifecycle management / Risk assessments & vulnerability management / Security advisory for development/infrastructure teams
- Knowledge of security frameworks: NIST / PCI DSS / SOX / FISC / FSA
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
- Knowledge of VMware virtualization technology
- Experience with large-scale deployments using the Ping software suite
- Work closely with the development team to build tools to improve technical solutions

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
