About the Role As Facility Manager, you will lead the home through its commissioning phase, ensuring safe, high-quality care while building a strong, high-performing team. You will oversee operations, compliance, team performance and resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across clinical, hospitality, lifestyle and administration teams
• Ensure high standards of clinical governance, care delivery and resident wellbeing
• Manage budgets, financial performance and operational efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement and accreditation readiness
• Ensure compliance with aged care regulations and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders

About You

• Previous Aged Care Management experience 
• Commissioning experience desirable yet not essential 
• Current AHPRA registration
• Strong understanding of aged care standards, compliance and accreditation
• Proven leadership, operational and financial management capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality resident-centred care
