Assembly 

The Decoration & Assembly Associate is responsible for decorating, assembling, and finishing products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures products meet quality standards while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety guidelines. 

Responsibilities

• Decorate products using established processes (printing, labeling, or finishing)

• Assemble components and finished goods according to specifications

• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met

• Remove non-conforming items and report issues to supervisors

• Operate basic production and assembly equipment

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE at all times

• Meet production goals and maintain efficiency throughout the shift

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Benefits/Compensation

• Full-time position

• Pay rate: $14 per hour

• 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Temp-to-hire opportunities

• Benefits available after probation period
