The role
- As a Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including account management and new business development, sourcing for talent, and executing cross-border placements.
- You will leverage our existing accounts with direct insurers, reinsurers, consultancies, brokers and work in tandem with our Senior Director who has over 10 year’s experience in Insurance
- Exceed client expectations by building robust relationships based on mutual trust and respect, and developing a detailed understanding of each client’s organisation and recruitment needs
- Continually challenge yourself to create and deliver tailored and innovative search solutions across retained, exclusive, contingent, contracting, and special projects (market mapping, talent pipelining, EVP build-out, etc.)
- Proactively look to challenge yourself towards Directorship either as an individual contributor or a team leader and support wider company initiatives as and when required
- Engage heavily with our broader internal functions across Talent Engagement, Marketing, Data Analysis, Sourcing Excellence, L&D, etc. to drive both personal and business growth
- This is one of the most lucrative desks in the company with extremely high billing potential
What we are looking for?
- 2-10+ years relevant recruitment experience whether in large MNC agencies, boutiques, executive search, etc.
- Passion for being the best in your specialised domain and becoming the “go-to” expert
- Ability and track record of strong revenue performance and client network
- An outgoing, resilient, and driven personality
