Our client is a well-established and highly respected professional services firm seeking a proactive and organised Client Services Administrator to join their friendly and collaborative team.
This is a varied role perfect for someone who enjoys administration, client service, marketing support, and event coordination. You’ll work closely with internal teams and play an important part in keeping operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional support to clients and staff.

Your New Role

As the Client Services Administrator, you’ll be involved across a broad range of administrative and client service functions, including:

  • Supporting ASIC administration, including preparation and lodgement of forms
  • Managing ATO registrations and cancellations
  • Collating client documents from the ATO Portal and preparing information for banks and finance applications
  • Coordinating new employee setup across multiple platforms
  • Supporting client onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives including social media and newsletter posts, and event coordination
  • Following up and coordinating trustee resolutions
  • Helping organise social club activities, EOFY celebrations, and Christmas functions

About You

  • Experience working in financial or professional services
  • Prepared and lodged ASIC 484’s, 6010’s & 362’s
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders including clients, the ATO and banks 
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
  • Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented
